New Returns Policy for Most Items

Amazon.co.uk is introducing a new returns policy that will allow customers to return most items within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason for return. This new policy is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide customers with a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel their order without giving a reason.

How the New Returns Policy Works

Customers who wish to return an item can do so by following these steps:

2. Sign in with the same Amazon account that was used to purchase the item.
3. Find the item you wish to return and click on the “Return or Replace Items” button.

Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the item being received by Amazon.
