Amazon Locker: A Safe and Convenient Way to Pick Up Packages
How Amazon Locker Works
Amazon Locker is a free and convenient way to pick up packages securely outside of your home. There are two different types of Amazon Lockers:
- Self-service kiosks: These kiosks are located in convenient public places, such as grocery stores and shopping malls. You can collect your package from a self-service kiosk by entering a code that you receive in your delivery confirmation email.
- Amazon Hub Counter: These counters are located at participating Amazon retail stores. You can collect your package from an Amazon Hub Counter by presenting your government-issued ID.
