Amazon Music Now Free on Echo Devices

Free Music on Echo Devices

You can now use Amazon Music for free on Echo devices. This means you can access millions of songs, playlists, and stations without having to pay a subscription fee.

Here's how to set it up:

  1. Open the Amazon Music app on your Echo device.
  2. Tap the “Settings” icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap “Music Library.”
  4. Tap “Free with Ads.”

You can now start listening to free music on your Echo device. You can use voice commands to play specific songs, artists, or genres. For example, you can say, “Alexa, play the top hits of the 1980s.” You can also create your own playlists and add songs to them from the Amazon Music library.

The free tier of Amazon Music is ad-supported, so you will hear ads between songs. However, the ads are not very frequent and they are not intrusive.

If you want to listen to music without ads, you can subscribe to Amazon Music Unlimited. Amazon Music Unlimited costs $9.99 per month, but you can get a 90-day free trial when you purchase an Echo device.
