The daytime TV host broke down in tears during a surprise on-air celebration on Today. The team surprised Kotb with a video montage of heartfelt messages from her family, friends, and celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon.

“This is the best gift ever,” Kotb said through tears. “I'm so lucky to have you all in my life.” Kotb's birthday celebration kicked off with a special day off from the Today show, where she spent time with her family and enjoyed a special dinner.
