Fitbit Ace LTE: A Smartwatch for Kids That Now Lets Them Tap to Pay

Parents Can Now Add Sibling's Debit Cards to Fitbit Ace

Add Money, Set Limits, and Track Spending

The Fitbit Ace companion app will soon let you add siblings, whether they're an older sibling with a Fitbit of their own or a younger sibling who's just getting started with fitness tracking.

Starting today, if your family uses Greenlight or GoHenry, you can add your child's debit card to their Fitbit Ace.

Parents can in turn link their child's debit card to the Fitbit Ace LTE and set spending limits and allowances.

Chief among them is the implementation of Tap to Pay. Children will be able to use the feature to pay for things wherever contactless payments are accepted.

The Fitbit Ace LTE is arguably the most powerful kids smartwatch on the market. It features all of the same internals as the adult-sized Fitbit Versa 3, including a built-in GPS, heart rate monitor, and swim tracking.
