Villarreal CF have signed Toulouse FC center-back Logan Costa on a six-year deal, as reported by Diario AS.
The two clubs agreed on an €18m transfer fee for the 23-year-old, according to Le Parisien.
Costa is expected to travel to Spain in the coming days to undergo a medical and sign his contract.
The Cape Verde international has been a key player for Toulouse since joining the club in 2021.
He made 32 appearances in Ligue 1 last season, helping Toulouse avoid relegation.
Costa's performances for Toulouse earned him a call-up to the Cape Verde national team.
He has made three appearances for his country, including one in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Villarreal will be hoping that Costa can help them improve on their seventh-place finish in La Liga last season.
The Yellow Submarine will also be competing in the UEFA Europa Conference League this season.
