What is North Carolina Disaster Relief?
North Carolina Disaster Relief (NCDR) is a state-level program designed to provide financial assistance to individuals and families impacted by disasters. NCDR is funded by the North Carolina General Assembly and administered by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS).
Disaster Declaration
