The Memphis Grizzlies snapped a three-game losing streak with a 118-110 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. The win also extended Memphis' home winning streak to four games, the team's longest since a five-game streak from December 31, 2022, to January 9, 2023. The Grizzlies trailed by as many as 15 points during the second half, but Memphis battled back to take the lead early in the fourth quarter. The Pacers would not go away quietly and they even tied the game with just over two minutes remaining. However, the Grizzlies answered back with a 7-0 run to close out the game and seal the victory. Ja Morant led the Grizzlies with 27 points, 9 assists, and 6 rebounds. Desmond Bane added 22 points, and Jaren Jackson Jr. contributed 20 points and 10 rebounds. Tyus Jones and Santi Aldama each scored 12 points off the bench for Memphis. For the Pacers, Myles Turner led the way with 29 points and 12 rebounds. Buddy Hield added 21 points, and Andrew Nembhard contributed 12 points and 10 assists. With the win, the Grizzlies improve to 34-22 overall this season. They are now just one game out of sixth place in the Western Conference. The Pacers fall to 24-32 overall this season. They are now 10th place in the Eastern Conference. The Grizzlies will return to action on Friday night when they host the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pacers will return to action on Saturday night when they host the Los Angeles Lakers.
