Dovbyk misses Roma training and may miss Torino match

Roma striker Artem Dovbyk missed training on Tuesday due to an unspecified injury and is doubtful for this weekend’s match against Torino.

The Ukrainian forward has been in fine form for Roma this season, scoring five goals in 13 appearances in all competitions.

But he is now a doubt for the trip to Turin after picking up a knock in training.

Roma coach Jose Mourinho is likely to be without several other players for the match, including Georginio Wijnaldum, Nicolo Zaniolo and Tammy Abraham.

The Giallorossi are currently eighth in the Serie A standings, seven points behind leaders Napoli after three draws and one loss in their last three league outings.

Mourinho will be hoping that Dovbyk will be fit to face Torino as Roma look to get their season back on track.

The match against Torino will be a tough test for Roma, who have not won away from home in Serie A since August.

But Mourinho will be confident that his team can get a result if Dovbyk is fit to play.

The Ukrainian striker has been in impressive form this season and he will be key to Roma's hopes of success against Torino.
