Residents of the Belgorod region can appeal against warnings via the State Services portal

A new service has been launched on the portal of public services in the Belgorod region, with the help of which residents can challenge warnings received from officials.

This was announced by the head of the regional government, Vyacheslav Gladkov, in his Telegram channel on Sunday, October 23.

How to challenge a warning via the State Services portal

To challenge a warning, you must go to the “Appeals” section of the State Services portal, select the “Pre-trial (extrajudicial) dispute resolution” service and create an application, attaching a warning.

The appeal will be considered within 15 working days.

If the warning is considered illegal, it will be canceled.

The service was developed by the Ministry of Digital Development of the region together with the regional prosecutor's office.

Earlier, the prosecutor's office of the Belgorod region warned the mayor of Belgorod, Anton Ivanov, to eliminate violations when organizing road traffic.
