Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal as Inter Milan moved back into second place in Serie A with a 1-0 win over Venezia on Saturday.

The Argentine striker headed home from Ivan Perisic's cross in the 90th minute to earn Inter a hard-fought victory at the San Siro. The visitors had frustrated Inter for long periods, but the defending champions eventually found a way through late on. The win moves Inter back above Napoli and into second place, one point behind leaders AC Milan. Venezia remain 17th, three points above the relegation zone.
