Planning a vacation or need a break from selling on Amazon? Vacation mode lets you pause your account to avoid missed orders and performance issues. Follow these steps to set up vacation mode in Seller Central:

How to Set Up Vacation Mode:

  1. Log in to Seller Central and click the “Settings” gear icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Under “Account Settings”, select “Vacation Settings”.
  3. Click “Enable Vacation Mode” and specify the start and end dates of your break.
  4. Click “Save Changes” to activate vacation mode.

Benefits of Vacation Mode:

  • Avoid missed orders: Orders placed during vacation mode will be automatically canceled, preventing performance penalties.
  • Protect your metrics: Your Seller Performance metrics will not be affected by canceled orders due to vacation mode.

Important Notes:

  • All active listings will be deactivated in vacation mode.
  • Orders placed before vacation mode activation will still need to be fulfilled.
  • Customers will not be able to purchase items from your account while in vacation mode.
