Inserting an Animated GIF

To insert an animated GIF into a PowerPoint slide, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to add the GIF to.
  2. Click on the slide you want to add the GIF to.
  3. Click on the “Insert” tab.
  4. Click on the “Pictures” button.
  5. Navigate to the location of the GIF file on your computer.
  6. Select the GIF file and click on the “Insert” button.

The GIF will be inserted into the slide. You can then resize and position the GIF as desired.

Saving a Presentation as an Animated GIF

You can also save a PowerPoint presentation as an animated GIF. This can be a great way to share your presentation on social media or via email.

  1. Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to save as a GIF.
  2. Click on the “File” tab.
  3. Click on the “Save As” option.
