Filmland to Welcome Colman Domingo, Dylan Sprouse

Arkansas Cinema Society Announces 2023 Lineup

Little Rock, AR (August 10, 2023) –

Filmland, the Arkansas Cinema Society's (ACS) annual celebration of cinema, is set to return to the newly renovated Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts (AMFA) from August 14th to August 18th, 2023.

The festival will feature a diverse lineup of films, including special appearances by acclaimed actors Colman Domingo and Dylan Sprouse. Domingo, known for his roles in “Ma Rainey's Black Bottom” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” will be in attendance to discuss his latest work. Sprouse, star of the Disney Channel series “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody,” will join the festival to showcase his talents as an independent filmmaker.

“We are thrilled to welcome Colman Domingo and Dylan Sprouse to Filmland this year,” said ACS Executive Director Kathryn Tucker. “Their presence is a testament to the festival's growing reputation as a destination for both established and emerging filmmakers.”

In addition to the screenings and special appearances, Filmland will also offer workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for filmmakers and industry professionals. The festival is designed to celebrate the art of cinema while also providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and inspiration.
