Oasis Announces Reunion Tour After 15 Years of Brotherly War

Liam and Noel Gallagher's 1990s Britpop band will play dates in Britain and Ireland in 2025.

The estranged brothers announced the news on social media on Tuesday, August 27th.

The band's last album, “Dig Out Your Soul,” was released in 2008. They broke up the following year after a backstage fight between the brothers.

Liam Gallagher has been teasing a possible Oasis reunion for years. In 2021, he said he would consider it if the price was right.

Noel Gallagher has been more resistant to the idea. In 2014, he said he would only reunite with Oasis if they were offered £100 million.

The band's upcoming tour will begin in Cardiff on May 27th, 2025, and will end in Dublin on June 24th, 2025. Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 30th, 2024.

Here are some of the highlights of the tour:

  • The band will play two nights at Manchester's Etihad Stadium on June 1st and 2nd, 2025.
  • They will also play at London's Wembley Stadium on June 8th, 2025.
  • The tour will also include stops in Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool, and Leeds.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the chance to see Oasis live again. The band is one of the most successful British bands of all time, and their songs are still beloved by millions around the world.
