How to Register to Vote in Pakistan

Eligibility

To register to vote in Pakistan, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

Registration Deadline

The deadline to register to vote in Pakistan is July 13th.

How to Register

There are two ways to register to vote in Pakistan:

Option 1: Online

1. Visit the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) website
2. Click on the “Voter Registration” tab
3. Fill out the online registration form
4. Submit your form and a copy of your CNIC

Option 2: In Person

1. Visit your local District Election Commissioner (DEC) office
2. Fill out a voter registration form
3. Submit your form and a copy of your CNIC

Confirmation

Once you have submitted your voter registration form, you will receive a confirmation email or message.
