Cleveland Cavaliers Injury Report for Orlando Magic NBA Playoff Opener
Dean Wade Ruled Out for Game 1
Cavaliers Face Magic with Shorthanded Roster
The Cleveland Cavaliers will be without backup forward Dean Wade for Game 1 of their Eastern Conference playoff series against the Orlando Magic on Saturday.
Wade suffered a sprained knee in the Cavaliers' final regular season game and missed the last 19 contests. His absence leaves the Cavaliers thin at the forward position, with Lamar Stevens and Cedi Osman likely to see increased minutes.
The Magic, meanwhile, are relatively healthy heading into the playoffs. They have no major injuries to report, although several players have been listed as day-to-day with minor ailments.
The Cavaliers and Magic will tip off their best-of-seven series at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on Saturday at 8:00 PM ET. The game will be televised on ESPN.
