I recently purchased the WEB BITE Beauty High Pigment Pencils in the shades Quince, Rhubarb Cranberry, and Madeira. These pencils are made with a double-dose of premium micronized pigments, which gives them intense color payoff and long-lasting wear. I was really impressed with the pigmentation of these pencils.
